What is The Sims 4: Get to Work!
The Sims 4 has come out with several awesome expansion packs. A personal favorite is The Sims 4 Get to Work! expansion pack, which allows you to accompany your Sim to their job!
Now, depending on your level of dedication, your Sim can be promoted faster. But don't worry, there's no penalty if you don't go to work with them! At the start of each work day, you'll be given the option to either go to work with your Sim or not.
Unfortunately, you can't go to work with just any career. You can only go to work with your Sim if they work as a doctor, detective, or scientist. As a doctor, you can make house calls in addition to surgery and regular clinic work, such as diagnosing and treating patients. A day in the life of your detective will see you through solving crimes by putting clues together as well as patrolling the streets and introducing yourself to the residents you help to protect. If you choose to be a scientist, you will be tasked with analyzing flora, fauna, and metals. You can also create cool gadgets as well as explore space - maybe even meeting aliens and detecting ones on Earth!
If those careers don't sound too interesting, you can also become an entrepreneur, opening up your own business and selling things that your Sim creates. Be wary, though, as owning your own business can be a ton of work. Many players recommend putting a bed in your business and complain that they don't have any time for home life.
